6.2 Joint Speed

This is a double value that expresses the maximum number of degrees (if a rotational joint) or distance units (if a translational joint) that the joint can move per time unit. If the value is zero, then the maximum speed is infinite. This value should not be negative. This value is ignored if the joint type is 0.
